From Baltimore, take I-95 north toward New York. Take exit 85 (Aberdeen) and follow Route 22 east toward Aberdeen. Go approximately 2 miles and take Route 40 east. At the second light, turn right onto Oakington Road. Cross over the bridge. At the stop sign, go straight onto Oakington Road. Go 0.9 miles and turn left into Swan Harbor Farm
