MAEF’s 30th Annual Banquet and Auction


The 30th Annual Banquet and Auction held November 1st at Michael’s Eighth Avenue in Glen Burnie was a wonderful success. The Board of Directors and staff wish to thank everyone for their participation and support. Proceeds from the event help to underwrite the Foundation’s many educational outreach efforts throughout Maryland.

Visits for 2018 – 2019


Mobile labs visit elementary schools throughout the state of Maryland for an entire week. Hands-on science investigations matched to the Common Core Curriculum, Environmental Literacy standards, and/or NGSS are selected by the school to be integrated into their curriculum.   Book this unique learning experience for your school today!

Showcase
2019 Season


Filled with colorful displays and interactive exhibits, the Maryland Agriculture Showcase travel to fairs, festivals, and events across the state. The Showcase attracts and educates visitors about the importance of agriculture in their lives. Attendants help kids with hand on activities out the Showcase adding to the experience. Exhibits highlight Maryland’s many commodities; poultry, nursery & greenhouse, dairy, corn, soybeans, and much more!

Revenues generated by the sale of the Ag Tag help underwrite the expense of nearly all of the Foundation’s programs and educational outreach activities. Purchase Ag Tags from the Motor Vehicle Administration for $20.

Eligible vehicles are cars, trucks up to 26,000 GVW, landscape & equipment trailers, RVs, farm trucks, handicap plates, and boat trailers.
